Fountain Court congratulates Patrick Goodall KC and Tetyana Nesterchuk on their inclusion within The Lawyer Hot 100 2024, published today.
According to The Lawyer, members of the Hot 100 are selected for the excellent work they are doing at the present moment.
Patrick Goodall KC is described in the feature as having “an impressive commercial practice”, with reference made to his recent success for Autonomy and Hewlett-Packard (see here), and the Supreme Court victory relating to the Quincecare duty in Philipp v Barclays (see here), as well as a recent 12-week trial for the National Australia Bank.
Tetyana Nesterchuk’s inclusion relates to various matters in which she has acted in recent times, including for an Italian broker in a real estate dispute against The Vatican (see here and here). Reference is also made to her extensive work in support of her native Ukraine in its fight against the Russian invasion.
