Fountain Court congratulates Peter Watts KC on being awarded the degree of Doctor of Civil Law from the University of Oxford, for his writing on the law of agency.
Peter currently practises full-time at Bankside Chambers, Auckland, and provides opinions and acts in arbitrations in England through his door tenancy with Fountain Court. Alongside his work as a barrister and academic on the law of agency, his practice focuses on company law, insolvency law, restitution, commercial trusts and equity.
