Fountain Court congratulates Leigh-Ann Mulcahy KC on her appointment to the Governing Council of The Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Centre (NPAC), along with former judge of the Supreme Court of India, Justice FM Ibrahim Kalifulla, and Chairman of Drew & Napier, Jimmy Yim.
In a news piece published by Bar & Bench, the NPAC commented about the arrival of the additional members: “NPAC is privileged to welcome these three illustrious members to its Governing Council. With their collective experience, expertise and acumen, NPAC is well-equipped to navigate complex disputes, serve as a premier institution for institutional arbitration and contribute significantly to the growth of the arbitration in India and beyond.”
Leigh-Ann’s addition to the Governing Council further strengthens Fountain Court’s connections to the Indian legal market, following the arrival of Gaurav Pachnanda SA, Zal Andhyarujina SA and Arvind Datar SA as door tenants in 2016, 2021 and 2022 respectively.
