Fountain Court congratulates Leonora Sagan on her appointment as a Fellow of the International Academy of Financial Crime Litigators, a collaboration between public and private sector litigation professionals and the Basel Institute on Governance. The mission of the Academy is to be an independent non-partisan global centre of excellence in all aspects of financial crime by promoting international cooperation, access to justice and due process in the interests of victims and accused.
Members of the Academy are “handpicked for their extensive experience in the area of financial crime litigation or for their interest in research, data collection and analysis of corruption and other economic crimes”.
