The Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities has published the Independent Review of the Construction Product Testing Regime (see here).
The Review was announced in April 2021 (see here) and was led by Paul Morell OBE and Anneliese Day KC. The purpose of the review was to identify any potential weaknesses in the system and to make recommendations for improvement.
