Introduction

On 10 June 2022, the Law Commission published its long awaited Options Paper on Reforming Corporate Criminal Liability (the “Paper”). The Paper follows the launch of the Commission’s discussion paper in June 2021 and sets out ten options for reform (the “Options”). In this article, we discuss some key highlights from the Paper. While a discussion of all ten Options is beyond the scope of this commentary, they are
all summarised at the end of this note.
