The London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) has announced that Fountain Court’s Matthew Gearing QC has been promoted to be one of the two new Vice Presidents of the LCIA Court.
Prior to this most recent appointment, Matthew was a member of the LCIA Court. He also holds various other positions including as a member of many international panels of arbitrators including the HKIAC, SIAC, KLRCA and the BVI International Arbitration Centre. He was Chairperson of the HKIAC from 2017-2020.
