Seven Fountain Court members appear in three of The Lawyer’s ‘Top 10 Appeals’ of 2022, released today. This follows the inclusion of 17 Fountain Court members in the related ‘Top 20 Cases’ of 2022 feature earlier this month (see here).

- Marcus A. Wide and Hugh Dickson (joint liquidators of Stanford International Bank) v HSBC Bank, in which Patricia Robertson QC and Christopher Langley act for HSBC (alongside Essex Court Chambers’ Louise Hutton QC), instructed by Eversheds Sutherland.
