Published last month, the second edition of the textbook edited by Dr. Peter Feldschreiber, now retitled “The Law and Regulation of Medicines and Medical Devices” offers a comprehensive analysis of the legislation and policy in relation to and the regulation of drugs, medical devices and clinical trials, as well as exclusivity and intellectual property rights. It also addresses the impact of Brexit and the Covid-19 pandemic. Leigh-Ann Mulcahy QC co-authored a chapter on liability in civil law with Alison McAdams of DAC Beachcroft LLP.
