Fountain Court is delighted to announce its support as a Founding Signatory of the Greener Litigation Pledge, an initiative launched with the intention of reducing the environmental impact of dispute resolution.

Together with other barristers chambers, law firms and dispute resolution professionals, we have made a pledge to take active steps to reduce the carbon footprint of dispute resolution across England and Wales. Commitments include corresponding electronically where possible, limiting printing and promoting the use of electronic bundles where appropriate.

Bankim Thanki QC, Head of Chambers, said: “It is important to consider the environmental impact of our work. We are pleased to support this pledge and the practical steps it contains”.

For more information on the Greener Litigation Pledge, including on how to sign up, please see here. To speak to us about our involvement, please contact Julie Parker.
