Michael Green QC acted on behalf of the executive directors in the disqualification case brought by the Secretary of State in relation to the Farepak Christmas savings business. Michael conducted almost all of the cross examination of the Secretary of State’s witnesses and this directly led to the collapse of the case. In the Judge’s concluding remarks, he said that the directors are “rightly to be vindicated” and that no justified complaint could be made against them.
