Bankim Thanki QC and Henry King have appeared for the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago at the public enquiry into the failure of Colonial Life Insurance Company (Trinidad) Ltd and other entities in the CL Financial Group. The first evidential hearing commenced in Port of Spain on 27 June and concluded on 8 July 2011. Further hearings are scheduled for later this year and in 2012.
