Fountain Court Chambers will once again be holding its highly regarded commercial arbitration seminar, entitled ‘Conflict and Bias’. Sir Gordon Langley will be chairing the event and this year speakers will include: Tim Dutton QC; Michael Brindle QC; Bankim Thanki QC and Jeffrey Chapman QC from Fountain Court, along with guest speaker Richard Bamforth, Head of the Litigation and Arbitration Group at Olswang LLP.
