Fountain Court chambers are delighted to announce that Sir Mark Potter, who retired as President of the Family Division at the end of last month, following a judicial career as a judge of the Commercial Court and the Court of Appeal, will rejoin chambers on 1st May 2010. He will be accepting appointments as an arbitrator.
