Stephen Moriarty QC and Derrick Dale are currently acting for Linklaters in the High Court in a substantial professional negligence claim brought by telecoms company Levicom, against its former solicitors, Linklaters. The claim concerns Linklaters’ alleged failure to advise Levicom on the terms of a Shareholders Agreement and whether the claimant lost an opportunity to settle its’ claim on more advantageous terms than it otherwise achieved having allegedly been advised to go to arbitration and settle a shareholder dispute.
