Chambers is delighted to announce that James McClelland has been appointed to the Attorney General’s C Panel of Junior Counsel to the Crown.
James’ appointment adds to Chambers’ existing strength in government litigation. Six of our junior barristers now appear on the Attorney General’s Panels and our members act frequently both for and against the UK Government in a wide variety of public matters with particular strengths in judicial review, European law, financial regulation, employment, public procurement and revenue litigation.
