Tiffany has a broad commercial practice across Chambers’ main areas, with particular experience in aviation, commercial and financial services disputes.
Tiffany joined Chambers in October 2023, following the successful completion of her pupillage under the supervision of Craig Ulyatt, Rupert Allen and Natasha Bennett.
Before coming to the Bar, Tiffany studied law at Magdalene College, Cambridge and the BCL at Magdalen College, Oxford (winning Proxime Accessit to the Vinerian Scholarship and university prizes in corporate insolvency law and international dispute settlement). She was also awarded the Eldon Law Scholarship.

Lufthansa Technik AG v Astronics Advanced Electronic Systems & Ors [2023] EWHC 2547 (Pat)
Acting (led by John Taylor KC and Miles Copeland) for the successful respondents in an application under CPR 40.12 and/or 3.1(7) for variation of the trial order. The judgment involved consideration of the applicable test for an application to vary a court order where the alleged basis is a mistake by the judge in drawing up the order
