A very complex six-week forex trial in the Commercial Court. Stephen conducted almost all of this trial and carried out all the examination and cross-examination of witnesses.

Appearing for Russian entrepreneur, Mr Konstantin Malofeev at first instance and in the UK Supreme Court in successfully challenging the jurisdiction of the English courts to hear a $350 million claim and in discharging a $200 million worldwide freezing order.
