Charles Redmond has a broad commercial litigation and arbitration practice, with particular specialisms in commercial crime, civil fraud, sanctions, insurance, and banking disputes.
Charles read law at Magdalen College, Oxford, where he graduated ranked second in his year. He then completed the BCL at Oxford with the Fountain Court Chambers Scholarship and the BVS as a scholar of Gray’s Inn.

Acting (led by Richard Lissack KC, Robert Weekes KC, and Timothy Lau) for WeRealize.com Ltd in c. €5 billion proceedings in the Commercial Court and Court of Appeal relating to a shareholders’ dispute over a Greek fintech company. The proceedings, which were expedited both at first instance and in the Court of Appeal, raise complex issues of US banking law and the proper approach to the valuation of a company for the purpose of call options.
