Jackie has served as arbitrator and counsel in dozens of disputes in arbitrations administered by the following institutions and/or governed by the following rules: International Chamber of Commerce, London Court of Arbitration, ICSID, UNCITRAL, Netherlands Arbitration Institute, UNUM, Royal Dutch Grain and Feed Trade Association and ad hoc proceedings.

Member of ICSID panel and acted as member of the ad hoc Annulment Committee in ICSID Case No. ARB/09/9 (Adam Dogan v. Turkmenistan); Sodexo Pass International SAS v. Hungary (ARB/14/20); and Hydro Srl et al v. Albania (ARB/15/28). She was the President in Cube Infrastructure Fund SICAV and others v. Kingdom of Spain (ARB/15/20) and in ESPF v. Italy (ARB/16/5), and a Committee Member in the Annulment Committees in Hydro Energy v. Spain (ARB/15/42), Mera Investment Fund Limited v. Republic of Serbia (ICSID Case No. ARB/17/2), and Agility Public Warehousing Company K.S.C.P. v. Republic of Iraq (ICSID Case No. ARB/17/7). She is currently the President in Pawlowski AG and Projekt Sever s.r.o. v. Czech Republic (ICSID Case No. ARB/17/11) and in Telcell Wireless, LLC and International Telcell Cellular, LLC v. Georgia (ICSID Case No ARB/20/5).
