Fountain Court Chambers were awarded ‘Banking Set of the Year’ for a second year running at the prestigious Chambers & Partners UK Bar Awards 2015.

Fountain Court’s Timothy Dutton QC received a standing ovation as he collected a much deserved Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition for a career that has seen him develop one of the most distinguished regulatory and commercial practices at the Bar, as well as devoting himself to public service – including serving as Chairman of the Bar Council.  Tim has been instrumental in ensuring that the Bar developed high quality advocacy teaching and, in 1993, he founded the Keble College Advanced Advocacy Course which is still going strong. Tim was our distinguished Head of Chambers between  2008-2013.  More recently, Tim founded the Bar Choral Society, which he continues to chair.
