Jacob Turner and Ian Bergson have contributed to “Financial Technology and Digital Commercial Law”, edited by Professor George Walker.
The collection has recently been published by Oxford University Press and spans an extensive range of legal disciplines, focussing on the legal impact of advances in digital technology. Jacob’s and Ian’s chapter concerns Artificial Intelligence and FinTech law. It addresses how contractual principles apply to contracts concluded via AI systems and the regulation of AI, both in general use and in financial services.
