Fountain Court is proud to announce that Leigh-Ann Mulcahy KC was awarded the Women in Law: Champion 2025 Award at the Legal 500’s ESG UK Awards.
Leigh-Ann’s receipt of the Award recognises her exceptional contributions to diversity within the profession. She founded the ‘Female Advocates’ Breakfast’ initiative, which provides an informal setting for female advocates to connect and access advice and support across various levels of seniority and practice areas. Additionally, as a Co-Convenor for the Inns of Court Alliance for Women (‘ICAW’), Leigh-Ann has spearheaded the organisation of several events focused on gender and intersectional diversity. She also serves on the Equality, Diversity & Inclusivity Sub-Committee at Inner Temple which focuses on ED&I in all its forms.
This follows Fountain Court’s win at last week’s Women & Diversity in Law Awards at which the Female Advocates’ Breakfast was named Gender Equality Initiative of the Year.
