Fountain Court’s Katherine Hardcastle (led by Clare Montgomery KC) acted for Bombardier in relation to the Serious Fraud Office (‘SFO’)’s investigation into suspected bribery relating to Garuda Indonesia. After a four-year investigation, the SFO announced this week that it would be closing its investigation. Bombardier continues to cooperate with the authorities in the US and Canada.
