Fountain Court congratulates Patricia Robertson KC on her appointment as a Recorder by the King. Patricia will sit on the South Eastern Circuit, hearing family matters. Her appointment will take effect from 18 November 2024. Patricia previously sat as a Deputy High Court Judge for a six-year fixed term, sitting in the Commercial Court.
Called to the Bar in 1988 and appointed Silk in 2006, Patricia’s practice spans banking disputes, commercial litigation, professional discipline, regulatory investigations including in a financial services and legal context, and international arbitration.
Patricia will continue in full-time practice as a barrister at Fountain Court alongside this judicial appointment.
