Six Fountain Court members have contributed to Edition 9 of The Practitioner’s Guide to Global Investigations, published in November 2024 by Global Investigations Review. The practical guide is aimed at external and in-house counsel, compliance officers and accounting practitioners. Part I covers the broad spectrum of law, practice and procedure applicable to investigations in the UK and US, with Part II offering views from local experts in major jurisdictions around the world, in response to questions designed to identify the local nuances of law and practice which practitioners may encounter in responding to a cross-border investigation.
Fountain Court contributions include:
- Eleanor Davison is an editor and contributor, along with individuals from Ashurst, Clifford Chance and Gibson Dunn.
- Tamara Oppenheimer KC, Rebecca Loveridge and Samuel Rabinowitz are authors of a chapter entitled ‘Privilege: The UK Perspective’.
- Robin Barclay KC and Nico Leslie are contributors to a chapter entitled ‘Monitorships’, along with individuals from Clifford Chance.
This edition is dedicated to Christopher K Morvillo who was a driving force behind the guide and who sadly lost his life in August 2024.
