The new UK Listing Rules (‘UKLR’) set out by the Financial Conduct Authority (‘FCA’) came into force on 29 July 2024. According to an FCA press release, the new rules “aim to support a wider range of companies to issue their shares on a UK exchange, increasing opportunities for investors”.
