Professor Peter Watts
Professor Peter Watts is a leading New Zealand legal academic, qualified as a barrister and solicitor in New Zealand. He practises as a door tenant at Bankside Chambers in Auckland, one of New Zealand’s leading commercial sets. He is a recognised expert in agency, company and commercial law, including on directors’ powers and duties, and is the current General Editor of the leading work on agency, Bowstead and Reynolds on Agency. He writes extensively for the Law Quarterly Review and other academic journals. He is a Professor of Law at the University of Auckland.
