New book on Directors’ and Officers’ Liability Insurance by Paolini & Nambisan is published.
Fountain Court is delighted to announce the publication by Informa on 29 September 2008 of Paolini & Nambisan on Directors' and Officers' Liability Insurance, co-authored by Deepak Nambisan (1998 call). The book is the first (and currently only) attempt to examine the duties owed by company directors and to match them against the coverage provided by D&O insurance policies, a topic of central relevance in light of the sub-prime market collapse and resulting credit crunch.
