Marcus Smith appointed to the panel of chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal
The President of the Competition Appeal Tribunal is pleased to announce that the Lord Chancellor has appointed Mr Marcus Smith to the panel of chairmen of the Competition Appeal Tribunal
The United Kingdom Competition Appeal Tribunal is a specialist judicial body with cross-disciplinary expertise in law, economics, business and accountancy whose function is to hear and decide cases involving competition or economic regulatory issues.
