Kaupthing suffers further defeat in Commercial Court
Bankim Thanki QC leading Ben Valentin of 3-4 South Square appeared for Lornamead Acquisitions Ltd (instructed by Reed Smith LLP) in successfully defeating the failed Icelandic Bank’s application to stay its declaratory proceedings before the Commercial Court.
