Fountain Court Silk in major Human Rights Convention matter
Charles Béar QC is currently appearing for the respondents in a major case to be heard in the Court of Appeal later this month on Article 6 of the European Human Rights Convention involving age determinations of unaccompanied asylum-seekers claiming to be under 18 years of age.
