Acted for pop star's company against a newspaper about photographs of the star, for a bank sued by a customer about alleged theft from her deposit box, for a barrister and a solicitor sued for negligence, and a computer company suing a regional health authority.
Has also advised clients on their statutory powers, interest rate swaps, defamation, landlord and tenant, and ancient enclosures, exemption clauses and the Competition Act.
